Keith Morrison leads Marketing Strategy for Black & Veatch globally, based from Singapore and has served on the Asia-Pacific Association of Communications Directors Board since 2017.
His current marketing role was established to support the growth and transformation of Black & Veatch, an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company with a 100-year legacy of creating a better world for humanity. Today, the company is helping clients embrace the energy transition, digitalization, and innovative technologies that create commercial success and a sustainable future. As an in-house practitioner, this presents a variety of communications and marketing opportunities and risks on which he will share.
Keith has more than 20 years' experience, almost 15 in Asia. His career has focused primarily on integrated communications roles, working in Ireland, the UK, China, Korea and Singapore. He has been in-house at Black & Veatch for almost ten years, championing stories and insights for media around water, power and other critical environmental resources. As a former Edelman PR professional, he is proud of helping Ireland achieve its EU packaging recycling targets ahead of schedule, shaping Kia Motors and Hankook Tire as global brands and representing Microsoft in Dublin, Seoul and Singapore. He is also an experienced radio broadcaster.
