Why Did We Stop Thinking?

The concept of thinking of an audience as actual humans has been around for as long as anyone can remember - because it works. Despite this, brands continually forget to put their audiences’ human wants, needs and values at the heart of what they do, instead chasing the latest shiny technology or marketing gimmick. This might work in the short-term, but a great story and human connection will always win out in the end.
